Garry has 25 years experience in electro-mechanical engineering. He worked as Electrical Systems Manager for an OEM specialising in degreasing machinery in the automotive sector for 5 years before setting up Border Automation Services Ltd which has been providing bespoke Automation solutions to companies since 2003. He is an enthusiastic and tenacious problem solver.
Hobbies include playing guitar with friends, eating curry, learning German and skiing uncontrollably. Recently started learning piano and hopes to be able to play with both hands before retirement.
Robert Bolt (Bob)
Sales and Manufacturing
After an apprenticeship as a toolmaker, Robert has had 40 years experience in the aerospace industry working in Manufacturing, Finance and Engineering. Specialisms include manufacturing process and procedures, cost estimation, bid financial modelling, USA Government Military Contracts and After market Sales.
In his spare time Bob supports Torquay United FC and Gloucester Rugby (both of which are not doing well this year in their respective leagues). He also designs and manufactures jewellery for friends and family.
Richard studied both Graphic Design and Fine Art before embarking on a Film and TV career. A creative at heart Richard has worked on many different projects from scenic painting and design, animation, exhibition design, branding, TV directing, and web design. 29 years later and now both an Emmy and Panda award winner, he has worked for the BBC, ITV, National Geographic, and Ardmans.
He founded Big Squid, a TV graphics and animation company in 2000, as the Managing and Creative Director. Richard is responsible for everything visual at Mule International including: company branding, films, exhibition and promotional materials. He is married with 2 daughters (7 and 5 years old) and boasts a wardrobe of outrageous shirts.
Brian has nearly 30 years experience in financial management and planning. Specialisms include financial and legal structures. A SFEDI accredited business adviser and currently director of various companies, Brian also brings along hands on experience of book-keeping and financial management to the party.Brian has a Certificate in Training Practice, is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, and has a 2.1 engineering degree from University of Southampton.In his spare time, Brian tries to avoid participating in hang-gliding, rugby, motor-racing and other dangerous sports. He has four bouncing children and hamsters called Athleston and Sally.
Katherine has 12 years experience as a Personal Assistant & book-keeper. She has built up a client base offering administrational support and book-keeping to small / medium sized businesses, Mule International is one of these.
She has a little boy, who is her world, as well as 2 dogs and 2 giant rabbits (not one for getting normal pets!!). Hobbies include shopping (lots of it), taking Archie to as many zoos and farm parks as possible, eating out and when possible, going to live concerts.
Johnny has a great deal of experience in designing content managed websites and has worked for a number of companies in the private section and public sector. Johnny has a ‘can do’ mentality for his work ethos. Johnny has three children and in his spare time he enjoys dancing, art, fresh coffee and an unhealthy interest in headphones.
